Overview

Legal assistants fail in two ways: they cite laws that do not exist, or laws that have been replaced. Vietnamese legal content online is scattered across forums and outdated articles, which is exactly what models end up learning.

In this dataset, licensed Vietnamese lawyers answer the questions people actually ask, about labour contracts, inheritance, land use rights, starting a business or traffic fines, in clear Vietnamese. Each answer cites the specific articles relied on and states the date the law was checked.

Frequently asked questions

Who writes the answers?

Lawyers licensed in Vietnam, each with at least 3 years of practice in the area. A second lawyer reviews every answer and its citations.

What happens when the law changes?

Every record carries a valid-as-of date. We offer a paid re-validation that updates affected answers and citations.

Is this legal advice?

No. The dataset is training and evaluation material containing general legal information, and your product should say so too.

How does ordering and payment work?

Create a free account and place your order on this page; nothing is charged online. Our team contacts you to confirm the spec and invoices a 50% deposit, with the balance due on final delivery. The deposit is refunded in full if we cannot deliver the agreed spec.

What is the difference between non-exclusive and Exclusive?

With Research or Commercial we may license the Q&A pairs produced for your order to other buyers later. With Exclusive they are never licensed to anyone else or added to our catalog.

Can I order a different quantity or extra annotations?
