Refund Policy

Orders are currently placed on the site or by email and paid by invoice (see the terms of service). Refunds are paid back to the account or method you paid with, within 14 days of our refund confirmation.

Single images

• If an image is materially different from its description, or the file is corrupted and we cannot replace it, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Images are digital content. When you order, we ask you to agree that delivery starts as soon as the invoice is paid; once the file has been delivered, EU and UK consumers lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds for the reasons above are not affected.
• When a refund is issued, the license ends and the image and any copies must be deleted. Models already trained are addressed in the license terms.

Dataset packages and custom collections

• The deposit is refundable in full if we cannot deliver the agreed specification.
• If you cancel after collection has started, we refund the deposit minus the value of the work already delivered.
• Partial deliveries let you check quality early. Tell us within 7 days of a delivery if it does not match the agreed specification, and we will fix or replace it before you pay the balance.

Unpaid or declined orders

If we decline an order, or cannot deliver an image you have paid for (for example because it has just been licensed exclusively to someone else), we refund you in full.
