Questions
What happens after I send a request?
Within 48 hours we reply with samples made to your spec (photos, clips or example records), a price and a delivery timeline. You only pay once you have approved the samples and quote.
Where can you collect data?
Photos and video are captured in Southeast Asia. Text datasets (reasoning, tests, Q&A, conversations) are written in Vietnamese and English by experts we recruit for each field. If you need another region, language or profession, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can help.
How is payment handled?
Custom collections are usually paid as a deposit when you approve the quote and the balance on final delivery.
Exclusive or non-exclusive, what's the difference?
Non-exclusive is the standard price and we may license the collected images to others later. Exclusive means only you receive them, at a premium price.
